Disability Tax Credits Canada (Disability Tax Credits Canada) is an independent educational website providing free information about the Canada Revenue Agency's Disability Tax Credit program. We are not affiliated with the CRA, the Government of Canada, or any provincial tax authority.

Calculator Usage
Our DTC calculator runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No calculation data is transmitted to our servers. We do not collect, store, or process the province, age, tax-payable or year inputs you enter into the calculator.
Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, province (optional), subject, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and improve our content.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects usage information including: pages visited, time on site, device type, approximate geographic location (country/province level), and traffic sources. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
Cookies
We use optional Google Analytics 4 cookies after you accept our analytics banner. Your preference is saved in browser local storage. We do not currently serve AdSense ads. Our site includes an AdSense account tag for ownership verification; that tag does not itself serve ads. Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents seeking DTC information for children may use our resources freely, no account or registration required.
